— A Registered Nurse, Coach, and Reiki Master Teacher who’s spent years holding space for others…

and learning, the hard way, what happens when we don’t hold space for ourselves.

Grounded & Thriving isn’t a lecture. It’s a reset. If you’ve been feeling ungrounded, overwhelmed,

or like your body’s been whispering (or shouting) that something’s off — this workshop is for you.

We’ll slow down together, explore how stress and survival patterns affect your nervous system,

and gently guide you back to a sense of safety inside yourself.

No performance. No pressure. Just a space to breathe,

reconnect, and remember who you are underneath the noise.
