Hi, I'm Stephanie.

I’m a holistic life coach, energy healer, and guide—and a woman who’s lived the journey of burning out, going numb, and finally finding her way home. For years, I gave too much, silenced myself to keep others comfortable, and lost touch with who I was underneath the noise. I know what it’s like to feel cut off from your voice, your body, your sense of direction—and to wonder if you’ll ever feel truly connected again.

My healing journey began over a decade ago—with meditation, Reiki, mindset work, and finally learning to listen to the quiet wisdom within. It wasn’t quick or linear, but piece by piece, I came back to myself. That path became Transcendent Healing—a soul-rooted, trauma-informed approach that blends holistic coaching, nervous system support, mindset transformation, and energy healing.

Today, I guide women and men gently out of survival patterns and into whole-being thriving—so they can reclaim their voice, their wholeness, and their life.

Transcendental Healing is the heart of my work. It’s a gentle, integrative approach I created after years of personal and professional healing—and it was born from one truth: healing isn’t just about doing more. It’s about realigning with who you are.

Unlike traditional coaching that focuses on goals, mindset, or productivity, this work goes deeper. It blends holistic coaching, Reiki, somatic work, energy healing, and soul-rooted practices to support your whole being—emotionally, physically, energetically, and spiritually.

We don’t just focus on “what’s next.” We explore what’s within. Because when your energy, nervous system, and beliefs are held with care and brought into alignment, your outer world begins to shift naturally—without force. This isn’t about fixing or pushing. It’s about remembering.

It’s for you if you’ve been in survival mode for too long—and you’re ready to reconnect with your body, your voice, and your purpose... and begin to thrive on your own terms.

I’ve tried so many things already.

How is this different?

Most of the women I work with have been exactly where you are—tired from trying, from starting over, from carrying the hope that “this time” might finally work. And I get it. I created this work because so much of what’s out there felt like another thing to keep up with—another place where I had to be strong, open, or productive just to be seen.

Transcendental Healing is different because it doesn’t start with effort. It starts with safety. With slowing down. With learning how to feel again—without pressure, performance, or perfection.

This isn’t mindset coaching alone. We begin with your body, your energy, your inner world—because unless your nervous system feels safe, change won’t land. And unless your emotions are held with compassion, insight won’t stick. We don’t try to “fix” anything here.

We listen. We witness. We tend to the root. That’s why this work feels different. Not louder. Not harder. Just… truer.

What will I feel during this process—and will I have to talk about hard things?

There’s no single way healing feels—and no “right” way to move through it. Some women feel a sense of lightness or clarity early on. Others feel subtle shifts—like breathing more deeply, speaking with more honesty, or resting for the first time in weeks. And sometimes, yes, you may meet resistance or emotion. That doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong—it means something true is rising.

You will never be asked to share more than what feels safe. This isn’t about rehashing trauma or forcing breakthroughs. We don’t go digging for the hard things. If something wants to be seen, we meet it gently, at a pace your body can hold. This work honors your timing, your sensitivity, and your right to choose.

You set the pace. You guide the depth. And I’ll hold the space. You don’t have to be brave all at once. Just honest with what’s here now.

How long does healing take?

Healing doesn’t follow a timeline. It follows your nervous system, your readiness, and your relationship with yourself. That said—change does happen here. It just starts smaller than most people expect. Sometimes it’s a deep breath that actually lands. Sometimes it’s saying no without guilt. Sometimes it’s not shutting down when you usually would. These shifts might sound subtle—but they’re foundational.

In our work, we don’t chase outcomes. We build capacity. And from there, your healing becomes sustainable—not just inspiring for a moment, but integrated over time. You won’t be rushed. You’ll be met. And you’ll move forward at the pace your system says yes to.

What if I’m not ready to talk—or unsure about taking the next step?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to be fully ready, clear, or confident to begin. You just need to feel the nudge that something inside you wants a different way forward. If talking feels like too much, you’re invited to start quietly—by joining the newsletter.
